Joshua Bishop Missing

As of today, Saturday, June 7, 2025, Joshua Bishop, 23, of Sunbury, is still unaccounted for. Detectives from the Hume Crime Investigation Unit (CIU) and his parent have made a sincere request for assistance in locating their son, whose phone just rang in a suburban park. Over the previous ten days, he has not communicated with friends or relatives and his bank accounts have not been touched.

No one has heard or seen him since his flatmate last saw him in Lalor Crescent at around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27. On May 29, 2025, his mother subsequently reported him missing.

Who Is Joshua Bishop

Joshua, who is Caucasian, is characterized as having blue eyes, short blond hair, and an average physique. The last time they saw him, he was dressed in tracksuit trousers and a black singlet.

Joshua’s disappearance is said to be wholly out of character, and police and his family are currently worried about his welfare. The circumstances surrounding Joshua’s disappearance are still unknown, and authorities have not ruled out the possibility that it could be suspicious.

On Wednesday, June 4, police, along with the Dog Squad and drones, searched the area extensively but were unable to find any evidence of Joshua. On June 4th, investigators also found Joshua’s vehicle, a white Toyota Corolla, on Ridley Street in Albion.

Anyone with information regarding Joshua’s disappearance or who has seen him since May 27 is welcome to talk with detectives.

Detectives are asking anyone who sees Joshua or knows where he is to call Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000 or file a private report online at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.

While the hunt for Joshua continues, his family and friends can only hope that he is found safe and sound.
