32-year-old native of Pulaski, Tennessee, Dustin Cotton, a nice man, a good husband, a wonderful father, and a former state trooper with the Tennessee Highway Patrol, owner and operator of 4C Transport died on Friday, July 4, 2025, from injuries incurred from a terrible car accident.
His death was first announced to the world on Saturday, July 5, during a eulogy in the social media.
He leaves his wife, parents, siblings, and grandparents too soon. The two little children who are left behind will miss their father deeply because they are too little to grasp his absence.
Dustin grew up in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, after being born in Fort Campbell Blanchfield, Kentucky. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golf, and everything related to firearms.
His paternal grandfather, Tommy Cotton, Sr., and maternal grandmother, Denise Borunda, passed away before him.
