Attorney General Pam Bondi stated that Kilmar was a key player in a nationwide conspiracy of illegal immigration smuggling ” that involved children and women and is “a danger to the community. She also stated that if Kilmar Abrego Garcia is convicted he will serve prison time in the U.S. before being deported again.
